These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.convoinducth.com and any products purchased from Convo in Dutch.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal age.

4. Products and services

We sell:

  • Digital video courses in Dutch language learning
  • 1:1 online lessons booked via Calendly

Course materials are for your personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, or resell course content.

5. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in EUR and include 21% Dutch VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe / Mollie / PayPal.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, but changes don't affect orders already placed.

6. Course access

After successful payment, you'll receive an email with course access instructions. Access is granted for the duration specified at purchase (typically lifetime or 12 months).

7. Intellectual property

All course content (videos, exercises, materials) is the intellectual property of Convo in Dutch. You may not:

  • Share login credentials with others
  • Download and redistribute videos
  • Use the content for commercial purposes
  • Reproduce or adapt the content

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide our courses "as is". While we work hard to deliver quality education, we can't guarantee specific learning outcomes. We're not liable for indirect damages (e.g., missed opportunities) arising from use of our courses.

9. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam.
